Returns & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made via tradie.us.

Can I return my order?
Underwear: For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
- For orders over USD $35 that qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Tradie will be deducted.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
We provide detailed sizing information to help you choose the correct fit. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the size charts and measurement tips before purchasing.
USA orders: Returns due to incorrect sizing are not accepted, so please select carefully.

What if my product is faulty?
TRADIE is committed to producing high-quality products. If you receive a faulty item, we will assist in resolving the issue.
- Faulty product returns are accepted for USA orders.
- To show proof of a fault, you must send images of the product to info@tradie.us, accompanied by proof of purchase and a note with your details and fault description.
- Once assessed by our Quality Assurance team, we will contact you regarding a replacement or refund.
- Faulty returns must be made within: 30 days of purchase for all products (including underwear).
Please email info@tradie.us with a photo of the issue before returning the item.

What is the process for returns?
If you receive a faulty product, please email info@tradie.us with:
1. Proof of purchase.
2. A description of the issue.
3. A clear photograph of the fault.
Our Customer Service team will provide instructions for returning the item.

Can I exchange my products?
We do not currently offer product-for-product exchanges. If your order is faulty, please contact us for assistance.

How long will my refund take?
Once your return has been received and processed, refunds are issued within approximately 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Underwear Returns
Change of mind/incorrect size: Not accepted, due to hygiene regulations.
Faulty underwear: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Please email info@tradie.us with proof of purchase and a photo of the fault.
- Faulty items must be photographed with images sent to info@tradie.us for assessment.
- Refunds or replacements will only be issued for items physically returned.
